ecrm people prepares for AWR

The Agency Workers Regulations will come in to force from the 1st October and ecrm people are busy briefing staff and implementing processes in preparation for this date.
All our members of staff have undergone detailed training to ensure they understand the regulations and their implications, in order to inform Clients of their obligations and to speak to our current Contractors about how the regulations may effect them.
Our approach is to fully comply with the AWR by establishing at the earliest possible stage whether an assignment and the individual fulfilling the assignment is likely to be included within the scope of AWR.
We are contacting our clients to inform them of their obligations and carrying out audits on current contractors to ensure we are fully compliant.
